HCEA Strategic Goals:
Strategic Goal #1: National Leadership Establish and maintain national leadership among all patient education professionals –– not only HCEA members. Activities that support this strategy are also visible and accessible to non-members.
Strategic Goal #2: Membership Value Provide tangible membership value by supporting HCEA members in the achievement of their professional goals through member-exclusive benefits. Activities that support this strategy are exclusive to HCEA members.
Strategic Goal #3: Organizational Sustainability Achieve long-term organizational sustainability through structure and processes tailored to our member-driven, volunteer-led nonprofit association.
